Montecristoff's Tweaks!

I tried downloading the files to both my laptop and then directly to the device.  When the files came to the laptop there was a setup file.  When I ran it, it went to the internet and then a window appeared with programming language in it.   When I download direcxtly to the device, I get the same files, and when I try to execute the one that uses Opera Browser, it just gives an error and goes nowhere.
