Montecristoff's Tweaks!

I can't get this to work the data connection just remains open.  No other data sessions are running. 

Anyone any ideas on how to fix this. I was wondering if there was a manual way I could tweak the registry but I don't know where to look.

I know I don't incur costs when i'm not actually transferring data but it does eat up the battery power.
