Montecristoff's Tweaks!

I am running CDMA TP2 EnergyROM, which includes HD Tweak, and just realized that it is the application that seems to break Manilia every time  ... i.e.  basically shifts all content  up around 10px.  I noticed a reference to titlebar settings (showing battery vs. time/date), but changing the settings back does not revert the situation.  Can this be fixed in the registry?

Please help.  I don't want to do another Hard Reset.
