Montecristoff's Tweaks!

I cant start HD Tweak. When i start it, i get an error message in file:///Programmabest. I instaled the dutch version. i am somehow not able to install the english version.

The HD Soft reset program is working though.

Any idea?

Edit: I am able to install the englishversion now. An can start the program ithout any problem.

I tried to install the dutch vesion afterwards (after uninstalling the english version) and i get the same problem again.

Anyhow, English is working now... though i dont know why i cant install the duch version

You could try to uninstall English version first, then install the dutch one.

I uninstalled the english version and installed the dutch version. But i get the same error. After an uninstall of dutch and install to english its fine again

Yesterday I had the same error. Buth, after I look at the xml file, i have discover that there is a error in the xml file. After I changed something the program works correct.

So what I have done:

1. Install the English language on your mobile
   
2. After the install, go to your computer and unzip the HD Tweak 0.5.4_Dutch.cab file
3. Open 000CAB6F.007 with your favorite text-editor. Now we must going to the error, so press ctrl+f (or something else to search) and type: &
4. For the Dutch language you going to this line:
   <value value="Jan">Jan & Night_duke</value>
   
5. XML doesn't support the &, so we must change this line, it's easy, we must change 1 thing, delete the &. Now is your line this:
   <value value="Jan">Jan Night_duke</value> 
6. After this all, save as this file, name it to HDTweak.xml and save it on your desktop.
   
7. Now we must browse in your mobile. Connect your phone to your computer (if you have done this not yet) and use your computer to look in your mobile. We must going to map where you have installed the HD Tweak (e.q Programmabestanden\HD Tweak)
8. And now transfer the HDTweak.xml file from your desktop to your mobile.
9. After this all, going to programms and launch the HD Tweak. If everything is good, than it launch HD Tweak with your favorite language!

I was able to install the Dutch HDTwaek without installing the english version.

In Addition to the instructions above, here are the modified instructions (* = Change(s) to this line) :

*1.Install the English Dutch language on your mobile
