Montecristoff's Tweaks!

When a call comes in, my phone will blink right away, however the audio will not ring for about 5 to 10 seconds later. Because of that, a lot of my calls are transfered to my voicemail before I have a chance to answer the call.

Is there a tweak I can do to fix this, and have the phone ring right away?
