Montecristoff's Tweaks!

OK, I give up.  I've tried every scenario I can think of to get HD Tweak to load but without success.  I download the file and unpack it with WinRAR.  This produces several OHDTWEAK files and a .cab file saved onto my PC.  I copy the .cab file to the Program Files directory of my Touch HD PDA and as per the website instructions, I click on it.  Nothing happens (other than a simple useless menu on right-click).  What do I need to do to activate the .cab file please?
